Project: Threespot was invited to guest-design the bi-annual publication presented by The Communications Network

Target User: The Communications Network members and those who work primarily in Communications departments in non-profits

Goal: To visualize the theme of the issue, "Risk" and design unique spreads for each story. As well as showcase Threespot's value as a digital agency.

Role: Concept creator, lead layout designer

Highlights:

  • Taking The Communications Network members on a journey through Risk and providing a playful but informative experience while reading each unique story
  • Professional Illustrator, Al Murphy, took my "Navigating Risk" cover sketch and brought it to life in his unique and playful style
  • Threespot was approved to create four 'worksheets' within the magazine and we then built a microsite where readers could print out pdfs versions of the worksheets to use in the communication meetings
